What is Supported Employment?

For people with a disability who are unable to work without support, Australian Disability Enterprises such as All Supports provide what’s called Supported Employment.

To be permitted for Supported Employment, you must have a Disability Support Pension (DSP) and an NDIS plan.

At All Supports, we can assist you find a job that you’ll love through one of our Supported Employment businesses.

What Supported Employment role does All Supports offer?

All Supports has eight businesses across New South Wales and Queensland. All our businesses provide Supported Employment.

Our Supported Employees work in various roles. We have gardeners, receptionists, biscuit manufacturers, recyclers, tour guides, cooks, and many more.

You’ll not only get to earn your own money, you’ll also get experience, training, support, and become part of the fabulous All Supports team!

What skills will I learn?

  • As soon as you are part of our All Supports team, we can assist you to learn new skills to meet the goals in your NDIS plan.
  • These skills can also enable you find a job in open employment down the track.
  • This can include getting your:
  • Driver’s license
  • Forklift license
  • Work Cover White Card
  • First Aid certificate
  • Barista training.
  • Do I need any qualifications or experience?
  • No, you do not require any experience or qualifications to join the All Supports Supported Employee team.
  • Instead, our supervisors and trainers will provide you with training and support on every step along the way.
